Unbound collects the minimum needed to run the service.
Account ID, a salted password hash, hashed API keys, payment records (amount, coin, status, timestamps), and per-request metadata: model, token counts, cost, latency and status. IP addresses are used transiently for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
Prompt and response bodies are not written to our database and are not logged by us. We do not ask for your name or email.
Requests are forwarded to model providers to generate responses. Those providers apply their own retention and logging policies, which differ by model. Payments are handled by a crypto payment processor.
Contact support with your account ID to request deletion. Payment and billing records may be retained where required.
