Credits are purchased with cryptocurrency, do not expire, and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We credit the USD value actually received. Network fees and exchange spreads are borne by the sender. Prices may change; changes apply to future usage only.
The service is provided as available, without warranty. Model outputs may be wrong or offensive and are your responsibility. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 30 days to the extent the law permits.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate the acceptable use policy, abuse the service, or create legal or provider risk. Balances on accounts closed for violations may be forfeited.
